If you’re an iPad 10 owner, there’s a new, revised iPadOS 17.5.1 build available for you. The new build number is 21F91, up from the previous 21F90.

A New Build of iPadOS 17.5.1 (21F91) was Released by Apple a While Back, Just for iPad 10 Users, Go Ahead and Download it Now

iOS and iPadOS 17.5.1 was released a while back to fix an issue where old deleted photos were resurfacing on iPhone and iPad. Fast forward to this day and we are seeing Apple release a revised version of iPadOS 17.5.1, but for the iPad 10 only. If you have that tablet with you, it’s best you go to Settings > General > Software Update now in order to get the latest release over the air.

You may be required to plug your iPad to a power source if your battery is under 50%, otherwise the update simply won’t install.

Given how grave the issue was which iOS 17.5.1 patched, we are wondering whether or not the applied fix was bulletproof enough for Apple to release a revise for it today. Whatever the case might be, if you value your security and privacy, it’s always recommended that you download and install the latest updates whenever they become available.

If you’re an iPhone user or own any iPad other than the iPad 10, there’s no new software update available to you today. When it does become available, I will definitely report back to our readers about it.

With WWDC 2024 just around the corner, it’s always refreshing to see Apple is not losing focus on current software.
