We now know what color options the iPhone 16 will be available in, thanks to a leaked image that has surfaced online.
iPhone 16 and 16 Plus will be Available in Five Colors, Rear Camera System Arrangement Also Shown off in Leaked Image
The iPhone 16 is always available in a fun set of colors. This year, Apple is keeping that trend alive, most definitely. As the leaked image shows, shared by Sonny Dickson on X, we can expect a handful of great color options this year, including White, Black, Blue, Green and Pink.
But wait, the image doesn’t just show color options, it also shows us the redesigned camera system. Instead of shipping diagonally arranged cameras like on the iPhone 15, the iPhone 16 will have a top and bottom camera arrangement. This takes us back to the iPhone X style of cameras, which I believe is the right way to put cameras on the back of a phone.
It makes sense why Apple wants this camera arrangement on the iPhone, too. Given the Vision Pro exists and only a true vertical or horizontal set of cameras are able to capture Spatial Video. It’s likely Apple wants to bring Spatial Video recording feature to the standard iPhone lineup and not keep it exclusive to the Pro models.
Do keep in mind the iPhone 16 phones shown in the above leaked image are nothing but dummy models and there is a chance we might see a slight variation in colors Apple announces later this year. Also, we can expect these colors to be available across the standard iPhone lineup, including the iPhone 16 Plus.
I like the new color options. Though I believe in buying gadgets in either black or white as they match perfectly with wallpapers and any case there is on the planet, but that new green definitely has my attention.
iPhone 16 is shaping up to be a nice upgrade. From the A18 chip to a better thermal design, it’s going to be the phone to get if you want to experience iOS 18 at its finest.
