You can do so by going to Settings > System > Software Update on your Apple TV. The update is small in size, therefore will download and install quickly, too.
tvOS 18 may not look like a huge update, but it is an important one in the Apple ecosystem. There are a lot of things the Apple TV does in the background, especially if you have invested in HomeKit. Every single camera recording, access to your smart appliances, and more when you’re not at home is handled by your Apple TV.
