macOS Sequoia has brand new FaceTime backgrounds from Apple Park. These backgrounds are included with macOS 15.1 beta 2.
macOS Sequoia 15.1 Beta 2 Includes Apple Park Backgrounds for FaceTime
A lot of people may not know this, but you can actually change your background during a FaceTime call in macOS Sequoia. There are a handful of great backgrounds to choose from and the latest ones put you in the middle of a very iconic location – Apple Park, as spotted by MacRumors.
You can switch backgrounds during a FaceTime call easily. Just click on the FaceTime camera logo in the menu bar during a call, and from there you can switch your background to anything else, including locations from Apple Park – all nine of them. You also get the option to choose a photo from your own library or blur the background, if you like.
Given that these backgrounds exist right now means they will be available for everyone in the final release of macOS Sequoia. Just a few more weeks to go and you’ll be FaceTiming like you’re in Apple Park.
Currently macOS Sequoia 15.0 and macOS Sequoia 15.1 are available as betas. The latter’s superpower is Apple Intelligence, and it will be available for compatible devices after macOS 15.0 has been released to the public.
