Find My is Officially Launching in South Korea in Spring of 2025 with Full Support for Finding Devices, Friends and Items

A lot of people don’t know this, but Find My does not work in South Korea. This is due to local privacy laws. However, Apple has announced Find My is launching in South Korea in Spring of 2025.

With the launch of Find My, users will be able to find their iPhones, iPads, Macs and other Apple devices using Apple’s vast network of devices. But that’s not all, users will also be able to share their location with their friends and family, just like the rest of the world. It’s the full version of Find My, which is fantastic news.

The thing that has me excited the most is this – users will be finally able to take full advantage of AirTag and see their lost items on a map. And paired with features like Precision Finding, you’ll never ever lose your keys or other belongings again.

Another great feature introduced with iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro is Precision Finding between friends. If you share your location with friends and can’t find them, you can fire up the Find My app and use Precision Finding to get to them. It’s a fantastic feature to have if you don’t want to lose your friends in a crowded space.
