The official release date of macOS Sequoia 15.0 update has been announced. Prepare your Mac for a major upgrade.
Official Release Date of macOS Sequoia Announced – Ready for Download on the 16th of September
Apple is going to release the final version of macOS Sequoia on the 16th of September – that’s the official release date, no speculation at all. The thing that should really excite Mac users around the world is how the update is being released immediately, unlike the years before it.
Downloading the update is very straightforward. Just go to System Settings > General > Software Update. The update may take a while to install, which is completely normal when it comes to major software updates.
Once the installation is complete, you can look forward to trying some exciting new features including my personal favorite, iPhone Mirroring. This feature mirrors your iPhone display on your Mac, allowing you to do anything at all, including the ability to drag and drop files, receive iPhone notifications on the desktop and so much more.
Apple Intelligence features will be available later with the macOS Sequoia 5.1 update. You can expect the update to arrive in October, hopefully. Once available, you can try out amazing features such as Writing Tools to fine tune the words you write using the power of AI. More features will rollout with the passage of time, including ChatGPT support.
Before we get into the nitty gritty, make sure you put a circle around the macOS Sequoia official release date – 16th of September. Once the update has been installed on your Mac, make sure you disable future macOS updates from arriving, too.
