Beta 2 of watchOS 11.2 and tvOS 18.2 is now available to download for Apple Watch and Apple TV users.
Apple has Released watchOS 11.2 and tvOS 18.2 Beta 2 Updates for Developers, Download them Right Away
Apart from iOS 18.2 and macOS 15.2 beta 3, Apple has released second betas of watchOS 11.2 and tvOS 18.2.
If you already have beta 1 of watchOS 11.2 and tvOS 18.2 installed, here are the steps you need to follow in order to install the latest beta updates:
Download watchOS 11.2 Beta 2
Step 1. Place your Apple Watch on its charger.
Step 2. Launch the ‘Watch’ app on iPhone.
Step 3. Go to General > Software Update.
Step 4. Tap on ‘Update Now’ when the new update shows up.
Download tvOS 18.2 Beta 2
Step 1. Turn on your Apple TV.
Step 2. Launch the ‘Settings’ app.
Step 3. Scroll all the way down and open up ‘System.’
Step 4. Open up ‘Software Update.’
Step 5. Install the available software update.
These new updates definitely include more bug fixes and enhancements, which means you should download the latest updates right away.
Though it’s rare, if there’s anything noteworthy in watchOS 11.2 and tvOS 18.2 beta 2, I will write up a separate blog post about it.
