The sequel to the 28 Days Later movie, 28 Years Later, is shot entirely on the iPhone 15 Pro Max.
28 Years Later is Shot Entirely on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, First Trailer Out Today
Someone shared the trailer with me earlier today, and I didn’t think much about it when it comes to how it was shot – I never do, unless I’m told about it.
But when WIRED revealed that the entire movie was shot on the iPhone 15 Pro Max, my mind is suddenly blown.
See, the thing is, you don’t think about which camera was used to shoot the movie. The story needs to capture you first, and it surely did. The trailer is absolutely intense.
When you find out later that all the clips in the trailer are from an iPhone 15 Pro Max, it definitely leaves an impression that the phone is capable of something so epic.
Keep in mind that the iPhone 15 Pro Max is now more than a year old at this point. The iPhone 16 Pro is even better when it comes to shooting video.
Sure, a lot of professional gear was used to ‘aid’ in making the movie, but one thing remains constant – the iPhone itself.
My point is, even without all the gear and just an iPhone, you can create your own Hollywood movie.
Check out the trailer below and see for yourself how the iPhone 15 Pro Max shines even after a year.
