Apple has announced that it is opening its first-ever retail store in Saudi Arabia in 2026.

Not only that, Apple will start off the rollout with its online store in the summer of 2025. The first retail store, on the other hand, will be located in Diriyah, which also happens to be a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Of course, this isn’t going to be the only retail store site. There will be more, and Apple will definitely announce them in months and years to come.
Although you can buy Apple products in Saudi Arabia, but with Apple’s official presence in the country, the company plans to provide first hand experiences and support in Arabic.
Apart from the above, Apple has also announced support for Express Transit for the Riyadh metro. This means you will be able to use your iPhone or Apple Watch to pay for transit services using the metro.
