At first, I wanted to do the original icons from the keynote itself. Then I realized it may need a minimal approach. Obviously it does, the year is 2025.
After playing around with a bunch of combinations, I was left with two versions of the wallpaper – white and color.
However, for the background, I choose the same colors as used in the 2007 keynote. There was no way I was going to change that.

The 2007 keynote in which Steve Jobs announced the iPhone had the best hype build-up ever. The moment the ‘an iPod, a phone, and an Internet communicator’ line was said, the crowd lost it.
More so when Steve Jobs said ‘these are not three separate devices.’
I did not get on the iPhone bandwagon until the iPhone 4 came out. But I clearly remember all the talk surrounding the original iPhone when it was announced.
The announcement from Apple really put the entire industry into overdrive for the better. And to this day, we carry an iPod, a phone, and an internet communicator in our pocket.
All of us do it in one shape or another.
