A new report suggests that Apple is going to launch the iPhone SE 4 and iPad 11 by April this year.

Apple is Set to Launch the iPhone SE 4 and iPad 11 by April, Exciting Times Ahead

Just a while back, a report was floating around that Apple is going to launch the iPhone SE 4 (or iPhone 16E?) at the end of this month.

Mark Gurman has jumped in to debunk that report and clarified that Apple has other plans.

The other plan is to launch the iPhone SE 4 and iPad 11 by April. But here comes another interesting thing: this launch will happen before the release of iOS 18.4.

So yes, there’s a new software update in the works too.

For a long time now, all reports and rumors have pointed towards a March announcement of the iPhone SE 4. Today’s report solidifies that even further.

At this point in time, we know a lot about the next iPhone SE, or maybe the iPhone 16E.

We know it will come with the latest A18 chip with support for Apple Intelligence. The phone will also feature an OLED display with Face ID at the top.

Another thing of note here is the single camera at the back with a 48-megapixel sensor and a 12-megapixel camera at the front.

Rumors also suggest this iPhone could be slightly more expensive than the current model, but will retail for under $500.

When it comes to the iPad 11, details are very sparse. But, rumors do say the design will be similar to the current tenth-generation model.

One thing I do expect from the iPad 11 is support for Apple Intelligence, and there’s a chance Apple might pull this off by using one of the recent chips from its huge parts bin.

Will that chip be the A17 Pro? If Apple has enough for the new iPad mini, then I’m pretty sure they have some lying around for the iPad 11, too.
