The iPhone 17 Pro is all set to get a major design upgrade when it comes to the camera areas at the back.
iPhone 17 Pro Camera Bump is Getting a Redesign and Renders Based on Sources Provide an Interesting Image
Though we do have an idea of what to expect from the refreshed design of the iPhone 17 Pro, a new video by Front Page Tech on YouTube gives us a look of the device using 3D renders based on inside sources.
Those 3D renders focus on the camera area on the back of the smartphone and show how the cameras are arranged, where the LiDAR is going to be, as well as the flash.
Have a look for yourself what you can expect from the iPhone 7 Pro:

As you can see, while the next iPhone does keep the triangular layout of the camera system, the flash and LiDAR are relocated to the other side. With that, the camera bump goes from one edge to the other as well.
These renders are based on source, and there’s a chance they may be inaccurate. So there’s that.
While that’s the only detail we get today, but we do know a little bit more from past rumors and reports as well. For example, just yesterday we found out that the iPhone 17 Pro Max might have a smaller Dynamic Island.
The iPhone 17 lineup is also rumored to get a vapor chamber heatsink, allowing it to remain cool and sustain high performance for longer.
Another interesting thing we know about the iPhone 17 Pro is the cameras. While the camera bump is definitely getting an upgrade, the cameras themselves will all have 48-megapixel sensors.
That upgrade alone means very, very sharp photos, whether you’re using the main camera or the telephoto one.
In terms of power, we can expect the iPhone 17 lineup to feature the A17 chip, while the Pro models will definitely get the A19 Pro.
