It seems as though Apple is all set to bring Apple Intelligence to the Vision Pro with the upcoming visionOS 2.4 update.
Apple is Finally Bringing Apple Intelligence to the Vision Pro with visionOS 2.4 Update
There hasn’t been any word on Apple Intelligence when it comes to Vision Pro. But if the latest report by Bloomberg is anything to go by, it seems as though all of that is going to change.
With visionOS 2.4, Apple is planning to bring its AI features to the Vision Pro headset. This means users will be able to use things like Image Playground, Genmoji, Writing Tools and more.
Another exciting thing coming to Vision Pro is a dedicated app for all things spatial. This is going to be a place where you’ll find all spatial content for the headset. You no longer have to filter through content that fits your headset.
Whether it’s videos or apps, you’ll find it all here.
Another important thing coming to Vision Pro is an enhanced version of Guest Mode, allowing you to share your headset with someone easily. Hopefully, Vision Pro won’t walk you through the cumbersome eye-tracking process after the update.
I’m absolutely blown away by this news because it didn’t make sense at all that a $3,499 headset didn’t get the Apple Intelligence update despite having more than capable hardware, such as the powerful M2 chip and 16GB of RAM.
visionOS 2.4 is expected to arrive in beta for the first time next week, hopefully. The full and final version of the update is expected to become available for everyone in April.
