Great news for iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max users, as Visual Intelligence is coming to your device in a future software update.
iOS 18.4 will Likely Bring Visual Intelligence to the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max
During Apple’s press briefing of the iPhone 16e, Apple revealed a bunch of interesting stuff. For example, the ‘e’ in iPhone 16e means nothing at all.
However, in all the noise, Apple revealed that its Visual Intelligence feature, which is part of Apple Intelligence, will be coming to the iPhone 15 Pro in a future software update, as reported by Daring Fireball.
This software update is likely iOS 18.4, and it will work exactly how it does on the iPhone 16e, which does not have Camera Control – through the Action Button.
Though iOS 18.4 was rumored for release this week, nothing has happened so far. But hey, do keep in mind the week hasn’t come to an end either. While at the same time, there is a chance the update might be released next week instead.
Taking the decision to bring Visual Intelligence in the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max is actually a bold move. It’s a feature marketed as part of the iPhone 16 lineup and has remained exclusive to it.
