Apple is signing iOS 18.3.1 for iPhone and iPad, which means you can downgrade from iOS 18.3.2 and iPadOS 18.3.2 right now.

You Can Downgrade from iOS 18.3.2 and iPadOS 18.3.2 to iOS 18.3.1 as Long as Apple is Signing the Older Software

iOS 18.3.2 and iPadOS 18.3.2 are important updates as they patch key security issues and fix a handful of bugs for iPhone and iPad devices. One of those bugs is the inability to stream video content.

Needless to say, this is an update you should install.

Obviously, you’re not here to listen to any of that advice. You want to know how you can downgrade from iOS 18.3.2 to iOS 18.3.1.

Don’t worry, I’ve got you covered.

The Usual Warnings

When you perform a downgrade, you will lose all your files and settings, which means you should take a backup using iCloud or Finder right now, not later. You’ll find the entire tutorial for it posted here.

Once you’ve taken a backup, make sure you turn off Find My on your iPhone and iPad. The tutorial for it is posted here.

It’s important that you take the backup first and then turn off Find My. Otherwise, when you take the backup after turning off Find My, when you restore your device, Find My will be turned off.
