You can download and install macOS 15.4 Sequoia RC right now on your Mac. Here’s what you need to do.

macOS 15.4 Sequoia RC Now Available for Download with New Mail App and More, Download it Today

The day suddenly gets exciting whenever Apple decides to release new software updates. Apart from iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 RC, Apple has also seeded the release candidate version of macOS 15.4 Sequoia to developers and public beta testers.

The update includes a brand new Mail app powered by Apple Intelligence and a bunch of other minor changes.

The final version of macOS 15.4 is set for release in April, but if you can’t wait that long, then you can just download the RC version right now, which is the final version, just not available for everyone.

In order to download the macOS 15.4 RC build, you first have to sign up for the public beta. Just go to beta.apple.com using Safari or Chrome and sign up for the program using your Apple Account. Once you are done, follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1. Launch System Settings.

Step 2. Click on General on the left.

Step 3. Now click on Software Update.

Step 4. Click on (i) button next to Beta Updates.

Step 5. From the Beta Updates drop-down, select macOS Sequoia Public Beta and then click on Done.

Step 6. Click on Update Now and start the download process.

The update may take a while to download and install which is absolutely normal. Once the installation is complete, you can start using your Mac normally with macOS 15.4 Sequoia installed.
