iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4 Beta 3 for Developers Now Available Over the Air with Stability Improvements
Siri is a slight lost cause at this point, but hey, everything else is just fine in Apple’s world. Just now, Apple has released beta 3 of iOS 18.4 and iPadOS 18.4, and you can download it right away over the air.

If you already have a previous developer beta of iOS 18.4 or iPadOS 18.4 installed, then installing the latest one is easy. Just go to Settings > General > Software Update on your device and tap on Update Now when beta 3 becomes available for download.
With every new beta, Apple tends to add or reshuffle things from the iPhone and iPad. I wouldn’t be surprised if this update does more reshuffling of features.
