The game went up for pre-order back in November for compatible iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices. Today, you can finally download it and start playing.
Resident Evil 2 is free to download, and you can play it up to a certain point. After that, you have to pay to unlock the full game. Thankfully, there’s an offer you don’t want to miss.
You have to pay $39.99 to unlock the full game, which is very steep. However, Capcom doesn’t want you to pay full price just yet.
If you buy the game between December 10 and January 8, you only have to pay $9.99 for the full game, and all the in-game rewards are available for a low price of $1.99 only.
Quite honestly, you should make use of this offer if you call yourself a Resident Evil fan.
Last but not least, Capcom is following Apple’s playbook when it comes to the compatibility of the game. You need an iPhone 15 Pro at least to play it, or an iPad or Mac with at least the M1 chip.
If you download and purchase the game on iPhone, it will be available on other platforms too, and vice versa.
