Apple has released tvOS 18.3 RC. If you’re testing out the software on your Apple TV, download it right now.
tvOS 18.3 RC is Now Available for Apple TV Users, Download and Install it Today
Been testing tvOS 18.3 beta on your Apple TV? Good news, because tvOS 18.3 RC is now available for download.
On your Apple TV, launch the Settings app, go to System > Software Update to download the latest tvOS 18.3 RC build.
This update will become available to download next week for everyone and is currently only available to developers and public beta testers.
tvOS 18.3 does not bring much to the table. If you’re all about bug fixes and performance enhancements, that’s what you will get with this update on your Apple TV.
Though you can sign up for the public beta to get the update right now, I wouldn’t really recommend it since it’s a hectic process for some people, especially on the Apple TV.
Just wait a week more, and you’ll get the update over the air.
Though the current Apple TV is as boring as it gets, I have this feeling Apple has a surprise in store for everyone very soon.
Given Apple Intelligence now exists, it’s high time Apple brings AI to the living room using Apple TV.
Though rumors suggest Apple is working on a device which is basically a HomePod with a built-in screen, but AI on such a small scale isn’t going to be fun. Things will go through the roof once AI takes over that epic OLED display of yours in the living room.
A far more powerful Apple TV makes way too much sense at this point.
