This update is the same as that which was released yesterday for developers. If you have been testing out the public beta of iOS 18.4 or iPadOS 18.4, just go to Settings > General > Software Update to install the latest version.
The new update brings a bunch of significant changes to the iPhone. This includes Visual Intelligence for iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max users.

Want to test out iOS 18.4 or iPadOS 18.4 public beta? You’re in luck, because it’s free for everyone, and signing up is easy too. While you can check out the tutorial posted here on how to get started, I’ll save you some time by giving you the details right here instead.
First of all, you have to visit beta.apple.com using Safari. Once on the website, you have to sign in using the Apple Account which you are currently using. You’ll be immediately enrolled into the Apple Beta Software Program once you sign in.

Once that is out of the way, just go to Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates. Select iOS 18 / iPadOS 18 Public Beta.
The moment you select Public Beta, you’ll start receiving new pre-release software updates straight on your iPhone and iPad. Just go to Settings > General > Software Update to download and install them.
The full and final version of the above update will become available for everyone sometime in April.
