Some wallpapers should be fun and interesting to look at. When designing ‘The Tunnel,’ that’s what I had in mind, nothing else.
The goal was to create an iPhone display within an iPhone display, and so on. But instead, I ended up with something that resembled a tunnel, which looks rather cool when you start to tweak it with widgets and an interesting font for the clock.
And as ever, I recommend putting the wallpaper through the Edit feature in the Photos app. Apply some filters, move some sliders, and see if you get a better alternative look for your current iPhone setup.
There are 6 wallpapers in total here, in different color options, ensuring you get the right look and feel. You can download all of them from this link for free.
Make sure you turn off the ‘Extend Wallpaper’ option when applying this wallpaper; otherwise, iOS will add a completely unnecessary blur effect at the top of the display.
