watchOS 11 beta 4 for Apple Watch is now available to download over the air with bug fixes and improvements.
Apple Releases Beta 4 of watchOS 11 for Developers, Download and Install it Today
It is highly recommended that you go ahead and install watchOS 11 beta updates as they arrive. Right now, the fourth beta of watchOS 11 update is available for download, and if you’re looking forward to getting off the beta channel, this is one step closer to your goal. And no, there’s no way to downgrade back to watchOS 10. Once you install the beta, you’re here for good.
So, with that out of the way, you can download and install watchOS 11 beta 4 by placing your Apple Watch on its charger first. Let it charge beyond 50% else the update won’t even install. Now, on your iPhone, make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi then go to Watch > General > Software Update. When beta 4 shows up, tap on ‘Update Now.’
The installation will definitely take a while, and during this time you shouldn’t tinker around with your Apple Watch or iPhone. You want this to go through as smoothly as possible so that you can start using your Apple Watch.
If you love keeping track of your health, watchOS 11 update is definitely for you. With features like the brand new Vitals app, you will be able to get a holistic view of your health by using metrics like heart-rate, sleeping cycles, body temperature, exercise goals and more. Your Apple Watch will be able to suggest where you’re going with your health and even inform you if something needs action.
Apart from that, if you love taking your workouts to the next level, Training Load will help you reach your goals by comparing your recent workouts to the past 28 days, giving you insights to how you’re progressing or if you’re falling short in any way. It’s a great way to stay on track and stay motivated.
