Today I will show you how you can view your past liked posts, videos and Reels on Instagram for iPhone.

Looking for the Posts You Liked on Instagram? You Can Find them All in One Place Right on Your iPhone

Instagram is more popular than ever. You probably have an account on it, too. If you’re reading this, of course, you do.

With so much content on the social network, it’s so easy to lose all the things we have liked in the past. Whether it’s a post, a video or a Reel, it seems almost impossible to get to.

However, Instagram does let you see the posts you’ve liked in the past. The feature is just hidden away, which is somewhat odd, given most of us ‘like’ posts to see later.

Today, I will show you how you can access and view all the posts you’ve liked to date. And trust me, you’ll be overwhelmed, especially if you have been on Instagram for a long time.

Step 1. Launch the Instagram app on your iPhone.

Step 2. Tap on your ‘profile tab’ at the bottom right hand corner.

Step 3. Tap on the ‘hamburger menu’ icon at the top right hand corner.

Step 4. Now tap on ‘Your activity.’

Step 5. Now tap on ‘Likes.’

Behold, all the posts you’ve liked on Instagram since the beginning of time in one place. Yes, all of them.

This could have been a dedicated tab on the profile page instead. However, I’m glad this option is slightly hidden away from plain view because if it was front and center, anyone could have dropped in to see what you have been liking on the social network.

Instead, I would have preferred it if Instagram gave users more control over how this works. But, this is just me nitpicking on a feature that works just fine once you figure it out.

As someone who has been around on Instagram for a long time, I really found some gems in the Likes section. From cat videos to early short-form tech videos, it was definitely a throwback.

As I was scrolling through the content, I realized how much Instagram has changed over the years, too. We tend to believe cameras on our phones barely get updated, but if you jump back three to four years, you’ll notice a huge difference in quality, especially when you realize how much HDR content is available on different social networks.
